What is concierge-style check-in?
We believe in providing the best possible care and customer service experience at every visit. We want you to feel welcome every time you come through our doors. Our concierge check-in associate will greet you, guide you through registration and assure that you remain comfortable and attended to while our clinicians prepare your care.

 

Do you accept my insurance?
We accept all commercial insurance plans, including Tricare and Medicaid.

 

When should I expect to pay?
We collect payments at the time of service upon check-out. We accept all major credit cards, bank checks and cash.

 

Do you provide emergency care?
In the event of an emergency, you should always call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. We do offer same-day appointments for sudden illnesses or injuries that are not an emergency. If you need to see a doctor outside of our normal business hours, Roper St. Francis has an Express Care that offers excellent care at an affordable price.

 

I am a new patient. Can I complete the paperwork ahead of time?
Yes, you can download our New Patient forms from the Forms and Insurance tab on our website. Please bring your completed forms, along with your identification and insurance information to your appointment.
